Welcome to Beads by Dalia. By accessing or using this website (beadsbydalia.com), placing an order, or engaging with us via social media or markets, you agree to the following terms.

1. About Us
Beads by Dalia is a small, independent business based in Sydney, Australia, specialising in handmade gemstone and shell jewellery. ABN: 53 879 727 196

2. Products

  • All items are handmade in small batches. Because natural materials (gemstones, freshwater pearls, shells) are used, slight variations in colour, size, and shape are normal and not considered faults.
  • Product images are taken to represent items as accurately as possible, but slight colour differences may occur due to screen settings and lighting.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in AUD and include/exclude GST as applicable.
  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase via the payment methods offered at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; the price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

4. Orders

  • Once an order is placed, we begin processing promptly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible — contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, stock errors, pricing errors), with a full refund provided in that case.

5. Shipping

To the extent permitted by law, Beads by Dalia is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees around acceptable quality and fitness for purpose.
