Products & Materials

What materials do you use?
Each piece is handmade using genuine gemstones, freshwater pearls, hand-picked seashells, and Czech glass seed beads, finished with 14k gold/silver-plated or gold-filled findings.

Why does my piece look slightly different from the photo?
Every piece is handmade in small batches using natural materials, so slight variations in colour, shape, and size are normal - that's part of what makes each one one-of-a-kind, not a fault.

Can I customise the length of my necklace/bracelet?
Yes! Most pieces can be adjusted - just send a message with your preferred length before or after ordering and I'll make it work.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to ship?
Every piece is made to order, so please allow 1–3 business days for processing before dispatch (varies slightly by product - check the individual listing for exact timing).

How long does delivery take?
Within Australia, delivery usually takes 3–4 business days after dispatch via Australia Post with tracking included.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, I only ship within Australia. I hope to offer international shipping in the future - follow @beads.bydalia for updates!

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in original condition. Faulty or damaged items are eligible for a replacement or refund - just reach out with photos and I'll sort it out.

Can I exchange for a different size or style?
Yes, just get in touch and I'll help arrange it where stock allows.

Care

How do I care for my jewellery?
Keep pieces dry and away from water, perfume, lotion, and salt water. Store flat or hanging to maintain shape, and gently wipe with a soft cloth after wear to keep the shine.

Do you take custom orders?
Yes! Message me on Instagram @beads.bydalia or via the contact form with your idea and I'll let you know what's possible.

Do you offer wholesale?

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Since pieces are made to order, please reach out as soon as possible - I'll do my best to accommodate changes before production begins.
