Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are handmade to order / made in small batches, so please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. During busy periods (markets, holidays, restocks), processing may take a little longer — I'll always keep you updated.
Shipping Within Australia
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days — $9.90 (or free over $89
- Express shipping: 1–3 business days — $12
- All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking included.
International Shipping
I currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.
- Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on destination
- Shipping cost: calculated at checkout based on weight and location
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While I take care to package every order securely, I'm not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs once the package has left my hands. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please reach out and I'll help track it down.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — I'm not able to redirect packages once shipped, and re-shipping to a corrected address may incur an additional cost.
